1P Expressionist Portraits
We created some lovely expressionist portraits after we discussed how people can show their emotions. Look at our eyebrows, eyes and mouths in these portraits!
Our Assembly Recount
On Friday we had our K-2 assembly. First we walked from our classroom to the COLA holding our chairs. Next we sat down on the chairs in order and then the assembly started. After Mrs Hanley talked and we had the school song, 1P did their two items. First we sang ‘Mr Clicketty Cane’ and performed the actions. We sang and then the rest of the assembly repeated what we did. Next we did an item called ‘On Top of Spaghetti’. Later we had the merit awards, birthday and other awards. Finally we sang the National Anthem. We had lots of fun and were very proud of ourselves.
